Jiving with colour

Wondering whether the kitchen would look better in red, or perhaps the living room could do with a chocolate brown wall? It’s a big commitment to buy the paint and slap it on, only to find it does things to the room you couldn’t have predicted and, frankly, hate.

But help is at hand! The Colorjive website lets you test your bright colour ideas without lifting a brush. With just a few clicks, you can paint virtually, choosing from their bank of thousands of colours, complete with product codes.

You can see that I had fun mucking about with the photos Colorjive has on file, but if you’d like to try it out on a room of your own, you can give it a bash for free. You’re sure to be hooked, and soon you’ll be able to give your whole home a virtual makeover.
