The next time you’re heading out towards the Garden Route, look out for this charming gallery, situated in the middle of a wheat field on the adventure farm Solaris just outside the one-horse-town of Albertinia. Once a rustic farmer’s cottage, the building has been lovingly restored by owners Tania and Samuel Louw into the Trientje Bruni Galerij, featuring work by celebrated artist Claire Menck, as well as other local artists. Currently on show until the end of October is the Spring Equinox Exhibition.

Stopped by there on holiday from Pretoria last month to check out their Aloe nature trails and managed to pay the gallery a visit. Some amazing lights in there!!! If I knew about them before, I’d have come down with our own car. and the nature trail is also drive-able.
Ek is geen kunstenaar maar as ek sien waar hulle uitstal en wat hulle doen is ek baie jaloers. Miskien maak ons draai in Desember.
