Cooking made easy! Hendrik Coetzee, DECO’s talented new stylist and food lover, prepared heart-shaped beetroot for us to enjoy for Valentine’s – each one carved by hand. Eat your heart out!

Dress with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, freshly squeezed orange juice, and feta cheese.
