Spring Spirit is out

My first choice is Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness retreat. With the stresses of city life, the hydrotherapy treatment would be the perfect release. This beautiful setting is also perfect to reconnect with a loved one.
I have to agree with Shelley, my wife, a Bushmans Kloof getaway is exactly what we need and the hydrotherapy should definitely be a good bodystress release.
I would choose The Oyster Box in Umhlanga. I have great memories of having lunch at this grand old lady as a child, and have been dying to go back and see it in its new finery. Lazing by the pool, soaking up the sun and listening to the sounds of the sea are sure to bring about much-needed relaxation, plus the new spa looks absolutely amazing! A perfect getaway after a long and stressful year.
I would choose the Oyster Box in Umhlanga, and definately hydrotherapy!
Africology massage or facial,at the Coccoon in the City Spa would be spalicious
I absolutely adore the Maboneng Precinct, and would kill to visit the incredible 12 Decades Hotel – and then to still be treated to holistic goodness at Cocoon! Wow – sounds like a trip to remember, especially since I’m moving to Durban in December. I’m trying to suck up as much of Jo’burg as possible!
I love the sound of an African Goddess facial – that’s just how a person should feel after a spa treatment! The Bespoke Yoga Massage sounds fantastic as well.
Loving this issue so much! Thanks for such a wonderful magazine.
coccoon in the city…although in the city it looks so calm inside there and im sure it is…which is extremely important for complete relaxation of the body and mind,a quality that all spas should have.we all need to get away from the stress of life so any treatment will be awesome.i love being pampered by a massage
My first choice has to be Coccoon in the City Spa, because of proximity. I would prefer hydrotherapy. Any elegant/artistic hotel will do for us
Definitely The Oyster Box ~ imagine relaxing in such opulence! Throw in a sea view and a bit of hydrotherapy, and I’ll be ready to take on the world!
I have to go with Bushmans Kloof and hydrotheraphy. I couldnt ask for a better combination.
I have to say it again…Bushmans Kloof and a hydrotheraphy treatment would relax the most stressed person.
Oyster Box for sure – hydrotherapy is the best!!!
The Cederberg is my happy place so I would love to explore Bushmans Kloof , hiking , swimming, yoga and a massage sound like heaven!
I love the inner-city vibe of the Maboneng District and it’s also not to far from where I live.
A Coccoon In The City experience would be fantastic, not to mention an African Goddess facial to smoothe and soothe away the stress lines!
Cocoon in the city for me please! And thank you for including a night in a hotel as well….sounds divine. The African Goddess facial sounds like its for me. And some yoga to relax my husband would be great! Wow nice giveaway Elle Decor!
The hydrotherapy at Bushmanskloof sounds like just what this working mom of two needs. Treatments in the Riverside gazebo would result in instant relaxation.
Bushmanskloof Spa is just what I need to help soothe the frayed nerves. The hydrotherapy sounds amazing and the setting is spectacular.
The natural, romantic, indulgent, majestic Bushmanskloof. A liitle “water-pieperig”, the hydrotherapy is the only place I feel comfortable, relaxed and energised! Dreamy!
“Happiness and love are just a choice away” – Leo Buscaglia. I choose Bushmans Kloof and its lovely hydrotherapy treatment.
Definitely Bushmans Kloof it has been on my Bucket List for a very long time. The Hydrotherapy is exactly what I need to recharge my batteries.
The Oyster Box would def be my choice, it’s local and luxurious. Beautiful decor, scenic sea views and an afternoon of sipping cocktails by the pool or high tea with friends. I would indulge in a the ” Change of season ritual” a perfect way to treat your body for the Spring transformation.
I will definitely choose Bushmans Kloof to enjoy the healing powers of hydrotherapy to the mind, body and soul.
My first choice is Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve and Wellness retreat. I have always wanted to visit this area, which is renowned for its nature conservation and tranquil scenery. I also adore big cats, and apparently if you are very lucky then you can spot a mountain leopard >(^-^)<. The meditation area and outdoor massage garden would be the first place I will gravitate towards, if I am lucky enough to win this getaway
.
Coccoon in the City for its African retreat
Coccoon in the City, a true African retreat
I found these lines and immediately my mind drifted to Bushmans Kloof and its hydrotheraphy treatment…”Across from the mountains, A little house sits in the tree’s,
I’m lost in tranquility, As my soul tries to breath”…sounds like the perfect getaway.
Bushmans kloof sounds like the perfect escape from the busy hussle of life. swimming in crystalline pools overlooking open plains and canoeing in rivers and recuperating hydrotherapy sounds like a haven of wellbeing.
My choice would be the Oyster Box. My wife and I love this opulent hotel. The hammam ceremony sounds exotic and an awesome treatment to share with my wife. invigorating coconut oils and cane sugars is the perfect compliment to North coast bliss. Sharing two nights here with my wife would be an incredible experience and being a surfer i can keep one eye on the waves and the other eye on the wife
Definitely the African Goddess Facial sounds amazing and I would choose the Oyster box
Would take my mum who is in desperate need of relaxation and pampering after having been at home when thieves broke in. hope to win this for her !
Bushmans Kloof I think the Hydrotherapy sounds very good – I love any treatment with water as it is so calming
At the Oyster Box i would love the Hammam Ceremony to sooth tired muscles
The Oyster Box it has to be! “Change of Season Ritual” sounds like the perfect way to leave winter behind and start the summer – right by the sea – with overtones of pure Colonial indulgence!
Ooooh… Coccoon, yes please. A massage and some yogo in the middle of my city, with an art ‘fix’ nearby. Love it! xx
They all sound amazing but I would love to go to The Oyster Box. Its been on my go to list for awhile. What an amazing experience it would be! A change of season ritual will be prefect for me to relax as the treatments will ensure you are calm and a new you after leaving!
“Coccoon in the City Spa” really appeals to me, as it is classy and seems to exude a relaxed / chilled ambience. The hydrotherapy treatment would be just what I’m looking for.
The Oyster Box breathes charm and sophistication in every respect, so that would be my choice. The Hammam ceremony sounds as though it would be a great, invigorating treatment.
The Oyster box for sure, the sensual bathing retreat, combined with heated lemons, sounds like an incredible 2 night getaway to reinvigorate the the body and soul; and a perfect couples retreat.
The serenity of the wilderness and the rejuvenating power of water are the ideal ingredients to a paradise getaway! #bushmanskloof #hydrotherapy
The oyster box would be my 1st choice because I looooove Umhlanga – and it could only be awesome with the spa and to be spoiled like a queen!
Hi
After almost 16 years away, we have just returned to South Africa to live permanently with our three children.
Like they say the grass is not always greener on the other side and we want our children to experience life in one of the most beautiful and dynamic societies in the world.
After life in London, and then beautiful Majorca (Spain) for three years, its home that we craved!
After an exxhausting international move, a spa treat would just be heaven, either to Oyster Box for a honeymooner package with my hubby, or to the beautiful Bushmans Kloof to experience the beautiful tranquility and appreciation for wild life!

I also write a blog on beautiful interiors and would love to feature any of these on my blog!
