The fine art of mixing a drink just keeps on getting better. Whether you’re into aromatic flavours, sweet or sour, these Caperitif cocktails will hit the spot. Mixologist Lars Erik Lyndgaard shows how to use this local spirit in the most delicious ways.

Caperitif, or Cape vermouth, is a white-wine based spirit, similar to vermouth and is made by famed Swartland winemaker, Adi Badenhorst. You can use Caperitif in any recipe that calls for Vermouth.
