Calming Oatmeal Face Mask
Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory qualities that are great for itchy dry skin. Often used in eczema relief products, it balance the skins pH levels.
1/3 cup oatmeal & 2 tablespoon honey & 1 small egg white & 1/2 cup hot water & 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1. Mix oatmeal and hot water – leave for 2 minutes 2. Add the remaining ingredients 3. Apply a thin layer to skin 4. Wash off after 15 minutes
