A showcase of works from Andile Dyalvane, Laduma Ngxokolo, Mlondolozi Hempe, Loyiso Mkize, Atang Tshikare, Trevor Stuurman and many more sensational, young South African designers.
The Imbadu Collective is a celebration of design, heritage and creative collaboration, featuring artists who are not only established in their own skill but also have respect and admiration for each individuals work.
Extending the idea of Ubuntu as a foundation for collaborative interactions within the artistic community, the exhibition seeks to influence other artists and communities to better their social lives and status within their environments.
The show opens tomorrow night, 19 February at 6pm at the Guga S’Thebe Arts and Culture Centre in Langa, Cape Town, and will run until the 25th of February.
