Haute interiors store Okha has had their rather glam showroom on Hatfield Street in Cape Town for some time now, but have recently gone all 21st Century, acquiring themselves a very lovely new website on which to showcase their furniture and interiors projects too. I picked out a couple of things that caught my eye at [...] Our brilliant stylist Tracy Lynch does it again, showing us how to make stunning and cost-effective table displays with recycled paper and household items. On [...] Last week I stopped off at brand new coffee shop and deli, Superette, which is situated in the somewhat unlikely badlands of Salt River, Cape Town. Albert Road is a fast-paced, furiously-volumed street of sweatshops, boatyards, backyard mechanics and grimy-windowed half-empty general stores, but all this rough stuff fell away the minute I stepped [...] Furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue is well-known for his unusual, handmade and eco-aware designs, many of which are carried by South African interiors store, Weylandts.
