THE NEXT & THE NOW: 2016 TRENDS ISSUE

header

Every year we present to you our trend forecast and this time we’ve taken it a step further. In collaboration with the International Trends Institute (ITI), the #TrendsIssue of ELLE Decoration presents the 2016 Trend Report. It’s the ultimate guide to decor, design, lifestyle and fashion for the year to come.

Editor, Bielle Bellingham opens the magazine with a few words of advice on trends:

It’s certainly not about blindly following what you’re told, but rather about keeping yourself up-to-date, so that you are well equipped to make the best decisions.

“Trends are most relevant, and therefore exciting and useful when you use them constructively and consciously with regard to your own story and viewpoint. In this issue, by blending the beautiful and the useful with inspiration and information, we’ll make you dream, as well as give you the practical insights to make those dreams come true. Eventually everything connects – people, ideas, objects. The quality of the connections is the key to quality, per se.”
