  4. I must say that I inherited my flair of baking from my granny who hailed from India. In her humble kitchen, baking masterpieces were created with love. So whenever I bake, I am transported to those happy days. If I were lucky enough to win this awesome hamper I would bake my grans famous Semolina cake with a wicked twist of course. A decadent Orange syryp poured over will add that extra bit of magic!

  15. Aniseed biscuits, super quick and super easy!

    Weigh 2 shelled eggs.
    Whatever the weight is, measure out the same weight in flour and also in sugar.
    Mix all the ingredients until well blended.
    Spoon out onto a greased baking tray.
    Sprinkle aniseed on top.
    Bake at 200 degrees (preheated oven) for 8 minutes.

  16. This time of the year it is time for my Christmas cake. I bake every year my Fruit Christmas Cake. Rich fruit that was soaked in brandy overnight. Then every week I sprinkle some brandy over. Yummy yum! #ElleDeco, #Eetrite and #25DaysOfGiving
