We show you inside her exquisite apartment which has been kept as a shrine to her signature style. We also show you how to bring a touch of her style into your home, and onto your dinner table, in Chanel Catwalk Cuisine.
The concept was to create easy and elegant dishes that channel Chanel’s contemporary catwalk looks. The decision was unanimous; we needed Jacques Erasmus from Hemelhuijs. We supplied him with our selection of Chanel outfits, and the rest was, well, lets just say pure evidence of the brilliance that sets Jacques apart.

You simply must see how the Catwalk Cuisine story turned out in our Fashion Issue91 from p55-58. We are utterly thrilled with it.

We give you recipes for a secret cauliflower starter that is sure to win you favours; a Sesame Salmon with White Chocolate, Ginger and Vanilla dish that is sublime; a killer Irish Coffee as well as a Black and White cake to rival all others.
