All those in the market for new property, why not consider a miniature house? We are loving Cape Town based The Fringe Arts‘ latest shop window exhibition, ‘For Sale: A House’, an initiative of  Jasper & George, a decor company with a strong focus on upcycling. Using only re-purposed materials, they have built a double storey Cape Dutch house to a scale of 1:10. They also invited fellow creatives to create some of the furnishings for the house. The whole business is just darling, with show house viewings on Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 5.30 and Saturday from 9.30 to 3.30 at The Fringe at 99B Kloof Street. Interested buyers can make an offer by emailing The Fringe.  Transfer takes place on 29 April 2013. The BEST thing is that proceeds of the sale will be donated to Rosie’s Kitchen in Khayelitsha, a charity that feeds over 250 kids on a daily basis.

Like a real house, A House has been advertised on the online classifieds portal Gumtree.  Go and have a look, and email
with your offer.
