As winter quite rapidly approaches in the Mothercity, our minds turn from all the blissful shenanigans of summer to our favourite aspect of winter: food. The worry of showing off tanned limbs fades as the smell of home cooked bread and butternut soup grows. We decided to find a few deliciously healthy recipes for the chilly nights ahead.
This one is great for its simplicity. Like most dishes of Catalonia, it has a thick base sauce of sauteed onions and tomatoes- add the rest in and volia!
