The tiniest mini, short and sweet Q&A with Hendrik

What do you want to have for supper on your birthday this year?
Smoked snoek, sweet potatoes, freshly baked bread with butter and korrel konfyt. And wine.

What is at the top of your decor wish list at the moment?
I’m  looking at getting myself a fancy oven – a proper 5 gas burner top with an electric oven.

Just in case its not all completely legible, or comprehensible…here is the recipe again:

2 440g tins of chickpeas

1 medium onion

2 cloves garlic

2tsp ground coriander

1tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chilli powder

salt and pepper

2 tsp chopped parsely

1 egg

flour for cooking

olive oil for frying

Drain Chickpeas

Finely chop onion and mash garlic

Mash chickpeas, and add onions, garlic coriander, cumin, chilli, parsley and the gg

Mix together well

Roll into balls and coat lightly with flour

Fry in pan with olive oil until brown

Dip

Mix 200ml of Greek Yogurt with 2 t of chopped mint.
