When guests have tired of indulging in one of 32 individually designed bedrooms, all impeccably finished, they can relax in the vintage winter garden or help themselves to a wide variety of reading materials in the lounge. With breakfast served daily and a concierge to help with any travelling arrangements, excursions or restaurant bookings, the hotel truly offers the full package to any discerning traveller.

The designer behind the hotel’s striking interior is Vanessa Scoffier, former fashion editor and noted interior designer. Presented with a strict budget, she spent 15 months scouring Paris’ famous flea markets, collecting unique pieces for the hotel. These, combined with palm frond wallpaper, rustic handmade pendant lighting and distressed leather headboards give each space a distinctive feel and relaxed luxe sensibility.

Perhaps most surprising is her bold choices for wall finishes. Each room truly unique; some sporting bright geometric shapes combined with raw plywood and others eye-catching, beautiful decorative wallpaper. Rare indeed is it to find such an exquisitely-designed gem of a hotel, centrally located and offering a very intimate experience, but Hotel Henriette has managed just that.
