Spring’s a time for renewal, and so the timing for the re-opening of Saint Verde this month couldn’t be more perfect (see News on page 26 of Issue 64). We asked Neville and Sharon Trickett to tell us more about their plans in the weekly Saint Verde’s-eye view post:

Nine years after the original Saint Verde closed on our farm, we have decided to reopen the shop and plant nursery to the public. During this time, Sharon has been collecting, growing, and propagating the most amazing succulents and architectural plants, while I have been gathering containers, objects, artwork and all manner of things botanical. The thing we loved most was the amazing people we meet, hopefully we will meet more by being open again.  See you soon.contactsheet-001contactsheet-002contactsheet-003contactsheet-004contactsheet-005contactsheet-006contactsheet-007contactsheet-008contactsheet-009

Saint Verde is situated on  the D666 off the Dargle Impendle Road in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands. The concept store opens on 24 September and will be open to the public on the last Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each month.
