Last year’s second season on SABC3 of Win a Home Design Challenge’s winner Jacoline Sema walked away with R100,000 prize. Simon Bray, CEO of Private Property, is passionate about being involved in a competition that pushes one’s imaginations to the limit.

It’s definitely grown me as a designer, you don’t have time to reconsider ideas in the competition so you have to have faith in your decisions. In terms of my business, Evoke Designs, it’s been a great platform for our brand

Now it is your turn

Win a Home, will be joining forces with SABC3 talk show Afternoon Express starting in May. Every weekday between 4pm and 5pm Afternoon Express will be dedicated to the reality and real-estate show.
This year the design challenge contestants will be vying for two prizes. One will be the Judges Choice, where the judges will pick a design winner. In addition, viewers will be able to have their say, and vote online for their favorite rooms. The design challenge contestant with the most accumulated votes at the end of the competition will win the Viewers Choice. If the judges and viewers are in agreement this means that one design contestant could potentially win both prizes!
