Four lucky Elle Decoration readers will each win a case of six bottles of Delheim’s newly released Pinotage Rosé 2015 worth over R500. Just in time for spring, this easy drinking sipper is the perfect sundowner.

Candy floss and pale pinks are synonymous with spring and so is Delheim Estate’s internationally famed, off-dry Pinotage Rosé which vibrantly expresses a true Stellenbosch identity.

Over the years the Delheim Pinotage Rosé has developed a loyal following, with both experienced wine experts as well as just occasional wine drinkers liking its fresh, fruit-forward yet balanced style.

Bursting with fruit, its widely popular profile of strawberry and cranberry, enhanced with floral aromas on the nose and palate, makes its return in the newly released 2015 vintage. A splash of Muscat de Frontignan (4%) was added to balance acidity and sugar, whilst contributing juicy fruit. The radiant Delheim Pinotage Rosé 2015 has a spot-on balance of red berry

  1. What I feel makes the Perfect Spring Day, is the abundance of colour from Mother nature, to be found in gorgeous Flowers in bloom, almost everywhere , soft pastel Sun rises, calm aqua seas and cotton like floating clouds- the air is ubiquitous with “New-ness”” and a chance to begin again, after the Winter months.

  2. Spring denotes new beginnings, rebirth and hope and should be celebrated in the traditional way with friends enjoying a glass of wine!

  3. A braai, some friends and a bottle (or two) of Delheim’s newly released Pinotage Rosé 2015 of course! 🙂

  4. A crisp and fresh day filled with flowers, luscious lunches, friends, and soft, chilled and gorgeous, blush wine 🙂

  5. A perfect Spring day is made by a sunny (not too hot), with a nice gentle breeze, a good day for a family day in the outdoors!

  6. Early mornings are the best….. a walk in the garden to feed the birds, my dogs snuffling around under the trees and the scent of spring flowers in the air.

  7. having a picnic in the garden with my boyfriend, lots of fruits, a bottle of wine and a ring afterwards, yhey he propose!!!!

  8. A perfect spring day is a sunny sky with a cool breeze, birds singing in the trees and children playing happily in the shade. Hubby and I with a glass of wine and cheese & crackers. Watermelon for the lil ones 🙂

  9. My perfect spring is waking up to warm mornings with birds chirping by the window and ending the evenings sitting on the veranda sipping lemonade and breathing the sweet smelling evening air of the yesterday, today and tomorrows.

  10. Perfect spring day is spending time in the garden with my little one and the dogs, we don’t have a swimming pool so we put on the sprayer and run through it for fun 😉 then sitting on the stoep at the end of the day, sipping on something fabulous like Delheim Pinotage Rose with hubby!

  11. Perfect spring day for me is the sun shining, i see green grass, woven basket full of goodies, laying on the green grass, a vintage checked picnic blanket with some scattered cushions on top..Inside the basket is the perfect chilled Rose to be won, some cheese, strawberries, various meats, a summer salad, light flat bread sliced and some jalapenos…..

  12. A perfect spring day, waking up to birds chirping, a clear sky and a warm sun. Nothing is hurried and there is time for anything and everything. Reading a book, going for a walk, having a late lunch and watching the sunset.

  13. The perfect spring day is a hot dry day with a cool breeze spent over a long light lunch with the very best of friends. Preferably next to the pool and with several bottles of light springtime wine. Love, laughter and sunshine.

  14. The perfect Spring day is a fresh picnic under sunny skies with my husband and my dog, sipping on chilled wine, and enjoying nature at it’s best!

  15. To me, the perfect spring day is bright, warm and lazy. Not sweltering, but the kind of weather that makes you want to sit outside, savour the fresh air and laugh with your favourite people. A long lunch or braai somewhere outside under trees, with a gentle breeze. Everybody in flip flops and sunnies, relaxing and catching up over a glass of wine. If we can look at a lake, dam, or river while we listen to the birds and watch people walking dogs, and strolling hand in hand…then that’s the perfect recipe for a beautiful, lingering spring day.

  16. Spring has sprung and I always start it off with a good spring cleaning and giving all my unworn clothes to charity. Of course I would have to reward myself with a glass or two of wine afterwards. =)

  22. Perfect Spring Day – lunch with friends and family – in our garden filled with spring flowers and blossoms on the trees, our free range chickens exploring the flower beds, and us enjoying salads with ingredients sourced from our own vegetable garden – it really doesn’t get better than this. Fresh. Healthy. Sustainable.

  23. Perfect spring day for me is sitting at the beach watching the sun come up, seeing the kids playing in the water and enjoying nature. Smelling the ocean breeze and appreciate being alive and able to see the wonders of the world.
